Hold Policy:
ALL pre-order holds requires a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Pre-Order
If you place a pre-order before shipment arrives, you will have 72 hours from the official drop date to claim your items by paying remainder balances and retrieving items via pick up, shipping or drop off.
On Hand Holds
For ALL on hands products, any items that are placed on hold with deposit, customers will have approximately 7 days to pay balances and retrieve items via pick up, drop off or shipping.
B.O.P.U.S(Buy online pickup instore)
For ALL Bopus (Buy Online Pick up) orders; any items placed online for pickup, customers will have approximately 14 days to pick up items at the store
location.
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PAID OFF OR RETRIEVED BY END DATE SHALL AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SHELF!
